You may think that we are the only people who would be cycle touring in October, but you would be wrong. Since Arles we have met:
A young German couple who started in Geneva and cycled the length of the Rhone
A Japanese couple who are cycling from Madrid to Greece
A Spanish couple cycling and toting their black lab in a trailer
A German girl cycling from the black forest to Barcelona, and
A young Korean fellow who started at home and is riding to Finisterre, for starters. He did say that he did the first 2000 km across China by bus, which sounds to us way less fun than cycling.
